How to begin
Email info@risceride.com with your Order #, the item(s) you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address. Please do not ship items without authorization.
Packing checklist
Use original packaging when you can. Include chargers, tools, freebies/bundled items, and place your order number inside the box to speed processing.
Exchanges
Prefer a different model or size? Ask for an exchange during the return window (subject to availability). We’ll guide you to the quickest path.
Refund timing
After the return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post within 3–7 business days after we process.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). Shipped orders must be returned under this policy.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of packaging/product (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; formal disputes can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
