Terms of Service

1) Agreement to terms

Using or purchasing from risceride (the “Services”) means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. We may cancel or limit orders for availability constraints, suspected fraud/abuse, or errors; cancelled orders are promptly refunded. We may correct obvious pricing/content mistakes—even after submission—by cancelling and refunding or by requesting your instructions.

4) Shipping, title & risk of loss

See the Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk pass to you when we hand your shipment to the carrier.

5) Returns & refunds

Goverened by the Return & Refund Policy above.

6) Your content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

By submitting content, you grant risceride a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Prohibited conduct

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials are owned by RISC SERVICES INC or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RISC SERVICES INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

Nevada law governs; exclusive venue is Clark County, Nevada.
