Shipping Policy

Effective: November 2, 2025

Where we ship

United States only (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). We don’t offer international shipping yet.

Processing timeline

Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically begin processing the same day.

Estimated delivery windows (U.S.)

  • Standard: about 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: about 4–7 business days after dispatch
    These are estimates; weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can extend delivery.

Rates & promotions

Available methods and costs appear at checkout. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions; details will show on product or cart pages.

Tracking & multi-box shipments

We email tracking when the label is created; the first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours to appear. Orders with multiple items may ship separately—each box will have its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll assist with reshipment and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damage or loss in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged—or appears lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a brief description so we can act quickly.
